CORROSION INHIBITIVE
INDUSTRIAL PRIMER

DESCRIPTION: PCS-13195  is a rust-inhibitive, general-purpose primer for both air-dry and force-cure applications.  The product contains non-toxic, corrosion-inhibitive pigments and is free of heavy metals.  This product is free of volatile organic components classified as HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) by the USEPA.

USES:  As an economical primer for fabricated steel, tank exteriors, rolling stock, metal roofs, building siding, etc., PCS-13195 may be top coated with a variety of finishes.

SURFACE PREPARATION:  All surfaces should be free of oil, grease, or other contaminants.  Abrasive blasting is the preferred method of surface preparation; however, loose rust and other interference materials can be removed by power-tool or hand-tool cleaning.

MIXING:  Stir thoroughly before use.

THINNING:  Thinning is generally not required for brush, roller, or spray application.

CLEAN UP:  Clean up immediately after use with R115.

CAUTIONS:  Flammable mixture.  Contains solvents.   Keep away from heat, sparks, and flame.  Use only with adequate ventilation.  AVOID PROLONGED BREATHING OF VAPORS.  AVOID PROLONGED OR REPEATED CONTACT WITH SKIN.  Keep containers closed when not in use.  If used in confined areas, observe the following precautions to prevent hazards of fire or explosions or damage to health: (1) circulate adequate fresh air continuously during application and drying; (2) use fresh air masks and explosion-proof equipment; (3) prohibit all flames, sparks, welding, and smoking near area.

If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.  Call a physician immediately.  For eye contact, flush with lots of water.  In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
